`5x - 30 + 60 - x + 3x + 60 + 4x + 50 = 360 \\ 11x = 220 \\ x = 20`

Now we need to put x into polynomials

1)

`5 * 20 - 30 = 70`

2)

`60 - 20 = 40`

3)

`3 * 20 + 60 = 120`

4)

`4 * 20 + 50 = 130`

Answer: the smallest ahgle is 60-x
