Explanation:

Volume of cone is
$V=\pi r^(2)(h)/(3)$ , where V is the volume, r is the radius, and h is the vertical height
Substitute in the values
$V=\pi* 2^(2)*(3)/(3)$
$V=4\pi* 1$
$V=4\pi$
There are 2 cones, so times by 2
This gives 8π
