Explanation:

I think you did not include the sign between the x^2 and the 8x...my guess is that it is a minus.

By process of elimination the answer is not B or D bc the a-value is 1 not 0.

Then the +12 you did include in the original question indicates that the c-value is 12 not -12 eliminating answer A.
