today, as we stand here to open the cottage on tatarska Street I want to honor the 13 who were protected and hidden from the Nazis during the holocaust. we are so sorry that you had to hide to feel safe. Thank you for giving us courage in a time of terror. for those who have lost their lives due to the situation we pray that you find peace, and mourn for you. Nobody should ever be killed for there ethnicity, and they should have never been took as far as it was took. This museum is important because it symbolizes hope, and strength that the people had living inside, fighting day by day just so that they can have a chance to see the sun once again.
