Explanation:

For a complex number a + bi, polar form is given by
r(cos(0)+ i sin(0)), where
r = √(a^2+b^2) and
a = atan((b)/(a) )

In this case, we have
a = -64 and
b=0

Therefore,
r = √((-64)^2+(0)^2) =64

Also,
0 = atan((0)/(-64) )+\pi =\pi

Which means that,
-64=64cos(\pi )+64i/ sin(\pi )!!!
