N=-3 because when solved for n and get n to one side, you get 15=-5n so you then would have to divide by -5, so 15/-5 =-3 and that is the value for n

Answer:

n=-3

Explanation:

First you will add 2n to both sides

2- 2n = 3n +17

+2n +2n

2=5n+17

subtract 17 from both sides

15= 5n

divide 5 from both sides

3=N
