PLEASE HELP!!!

You install two antivirus programs in your computer. One of the programs has a reliability of 65%, while the other one has a reliability of 51%. What is the probability that neither program will be effective when a virus attacks your computer?

There is a 35% chance the first one will not work, and a 49% the second one will not work. (Theoretically there is an 81% chance neither of them will work.)
