Answer: -3^2+13x-5

Explanation:

Remove parentheses.

3x^2+7x -4 - 6x^2 +6x -1

Collect like terms.

(3x^2-6x^2) + ( 7x + 6x) + ( -4 -1)

Simplify

-3^2+13x-5
