sense it is +10 right the x = 10, and it is 4 below the origin making it a negitive 4, so u get (10,-4)

The graph is measured 2 units per box and sence the sides are parallel to the axies you can count each square by 2, giving you the measuers of 12 units.

Now finally, The area of a triangle is A=1/2bh, we arlready have our base, and we just found our hight, so now we just have to plug it in.

A= 1/2 (12) (18)

12*18 = 216

A= 1/2 (216)

A= 108

And we are done!
