If you roll a fair number cube twice, what is the probability that you roll a 2 and then a number greater than 2? *

Answer:

1/6

Explanation:

To roll for a 2, it would be 1/6

Then if you want to roll for a number larger than 2, the probability would be 4/6, or 2/3.

Then you multiply 2/3 and 1/6

That should be 2/18

Simplify for 1/6
