Answer : B
The dot where the y- axis is 2 and x-axis is 0 would be your y-intercept . For the other 2 dots with planes (3,8) and (2,6) you would do rise over run and connect them. Go down 2 and left 1 so they meet and divide. Once you divide 2 by 1 you get 2 so your equation would be y=2x+2 a.k.a B
