Explanation:

F(x) problems or function problems are input/output questions. You put the X value in for X in F(x) to get an output. In this question a graph is used. In this case the question gives a table, so you can simply find the inputs and outputs based on a pattern.

In the X-values or the input values: -4, -2, 0

You can keep going by two: 2, 4

In the F(x) values or output values: 1, 3, 5

You can't count backwards by two to get: -1, -3
