Explanation:

To find the midpoint, you need to plug the 2 points in to the midpoint formula.


( (x_(1) +x_(2) )/(2) , (y_(1) +y_(2) )/(2) ). You are basically adding the x values and divided the sum by 2 and doing the same for the y values. To find the x value of the midpoint, you add -3 and 7 which gets you 4, then you divide by 2 which is 2. To find the y value of the midpoint you, you add 4 and 10 which gets you 14, then you divide by 2 which gets you 7. So your mid point is (2,7).
