We have been given that the perimeter of a semicircle is 25.71 cm. We are asked to find the value of the radius.

We know that perimeter of a semicircle is
\pi r+2r, where r is radius of perimeter.

Upon equating perimeter of semicircle formula with 25.71, we will get:

\pi r+2r=25.71

3.142r+2r=25.71

5.142r=25.71

(5.142r)/(5.142)=(25.71)/(5.142)

r=5

Therefore, the radius of the semicircle is 5 cm.
