It’s d, only going on Saturday afternoon would mean it doesn’t represent the majority of the population, so a is out, as well as b because the children aren’t the only population; there are adults at the library. Lastly, although the c could be an option, Saturday afternoon doesn’t have as much of an impact as only asking children so d is the best option.
