Mathematically;

The sine of an angle = length of the opposite/length of the hypotenuse

Where we have length of the opposite here as 15cm and the length of the hypotenuse here as 17cm

Sine B = 15cm/17cm

Sine B = 0.8824

B = arcsin (0.8824)

B = 61.92 degrees = 62 degrees to the nearest degree
