Lock # 1 Dr. E. Quation lost 25 grams of silver in a heist he attempted to pull-off at the Hyesan Mine in North Korea. That was 5 more than he lost after another attempt at the Holdong mine, also in North Korea. How many grams was that? *

Answer: 20 grams

Explanation:

Hi, to answer this question we have to write an equation:

The amount of grams of silver he lost at the Holdong mine heist(x) plus 5 , is equal to the amount of grams of silver he lost in the Hysean mine heist. (25)

Mathematically speaking:

x+5=25

Solving for x

x = 25-5

x = 20 grams
