The point of the graph lies in the middle of 1900 and 2000, the difference is 100.
So half of 100= (100/2)
=50
Ans- 1900+50=1950

(b)
The question asked you to find when did the numbers of orders have the greatest decrease?
Decrease, in simple terms, is getting low.
So, if you see that the point from the month of NOVEMBER to DECEMBER was the time when the orders decreased the most.
Ans- November to December
