it is important to implement Exercise as a lifetime goal because it will help with all aspects of the overall health & wellness chart. The first thing is frequency, or how much you do it. the next is intensity, or how hard you plan for the exercise to be. Target HR, or target heart rate, is defined as the minimum number of heartbeats in a given amount of time in order to reach the level of exertion necessary for cardiovascular fitness, specific to a person's age, gender, or physical fitness. endurance is the amount of time you plan to spend on the workout parts each day. Goals are plans, or things that you plan to do on a regular basis. evaluate means to study what you did and write down the forms of exercise, time, how helpful it was, etc. motivation is what gets you up every morning, and what keeps you going throughout the day. Warm-ups is what you do before you exercise. it is VERY IMPORTANT to do warm-up exercises before you exercise. cool-down is also very important, as it gives your muscles the time to relax. Heart disease describes a range of conditions that affect your heart. stress is what i'm dealing with right now. it's what you get out of something that causes you anxiety.nutrition is the healthy way to eat foods. Record keeping is preserved information in some permanent form (written documents, photographs, recordings, etc.).
