Plsss help me with physics

When on a roller coaster ride would a person have sensations of weighing less than normal and when they would have sensations of weighing more than normal? Include forces and accelerations! ​

when you are on a roller coaster you feel like you way less when you are going down the ride. you feel heavier when you are going up the hill. :)
