Answer:

Explanation:

first you move the variable to the left-hand side and change the sign so it will look like -5x-4x+3=-69 and then you move 3 and change tis sign.

now that you got -5x-4x=-63-3 you collect like terms and then add -63 and -3

now you have -9x=-72 and finally you divide both by -9 and you get 8

final answer is 8
