1 ) this function no exist for if : x= -2 and 1

so the denominater is : (x+2)(x-1)

so : b= 2 and c=1

2) the x- intercept is : 4

so the numerater is : (x+2)(x-4)

g(x) =0 if : (x+2)(x-4)=0

means x-4=0 ... ( x+2 ≠ 0)

note :

g(x) ≠ (x-4)/(x-1) except in the case x ≠ -2
