-He shouldn’t be able to change laws and put orders in effect
-He shouldn’t be able to declare war with foreign people
-He shouldn’t be able to mess with our economy
-He shouldn’t be able to create any new laws
-He shouldn’t be able to speak about anything other than politics with other countries and enemies

-He should be able to reinforce laws at any costs including prisoning people
-He should be able to help in the process of creating new laws but not be primary sole decision maker
-He should be able to help in a budget that Benefits America with poor people, etc..
-He should be able to help ban or re-write laws and make things more safe for America
-He should be able to make more laws regarding employed people to make sure they’re getting proper treatment
