Pretty simple, you're going to have to divide the fraction. You have to divide the numerator and the denominator.

82 divided by 5 = 16.4

I hope this helps!

Answer:

16.4

Explanation:

We want the number to be over 10 to be in decimal form

82/5 *2/2

164/10

There is 1 zero after the 1 so move the decimal one place in the numerator

164 becomes 16.4

The decimal is 16.4
