To find the area of the triangle we must us a formula which is base x height ÷ 2 divide. So on the left side it is 17 cm and on the right without the triangle it is 10 so the triangle is 7cm tall. Next on the bottom without the triangle it is 22 and with it is 12 so the base is 10 now we multiply them which will be 70 then divide it by 2 which is 35cm².

And dont forget the squared!!
