1 & 1/2 is equal to 1.5
REASONING:
Any negative is less than a positive. Think- if you have 5 m&m’s you’ll have more than if you owe someone 5 m&m’s.
Any fraction can be divided (think. a division symbol is a formula for a fraction. •/• and the dots are blanks to plug in numbers. so 4/5 is 4 divided by five. figure out that number, and your decimal will be equal to it.)
