I need help, i got a 10% on this and need to redo it, wrong answers WILL be reported please i need this, make sure to show work aswell cuz if i dont the teacher will take half my grade :/

6% of $400 is what number?
40% of 900 is what number?
12% of $100 is what number?
15 is what percent of 600?
60 is what percent of 300?

Answer:

24; 360; 12; 2.5%; 20%

Explanation:

for the first one through the third one you just multiply

400 * 0.06 is 24

900 * 0.4 is 360

100 * 0.12 is 12

for the last 2 you have to divide the first number by the second number

15 / 600 is 0.025 or 2.5%

60 / 300 is 0.2 or 20%
