Green, 1 and 2

Explanation:

Joanna is going to use the numbers 1 through 8, in total 8 numbers, for her random number generator. She has 4 possible outcomes. Divide the total amount of numbers by the total possible outcomes to find out how many numbers can be assigned to each color. 8/4 = 2

You can assign 2 numbers per color. There are numerous ways to set up the simulation, so my answer isn't the only right answer.

For green, the numbers 1 and 2 are assigned.

For yellow, the numbers 3 and 4 are assigned.

For blue, the numbers 5 and 6 are assigned.

For red, the numbers 7 and 8 are assigned.
