Answer:

C.
(2(x+16))/(x+4)

Explanation:

We want fg of x, so first we have to multiply f(x) times g(x).

(x+16)/(x) * (2x)/(x+4)

((x+16)2x)/(x(x+4))

(2x^(2)+32x)/(x^(2)+4x)

We can cancel out an x from every term.

(2x+32)/(x+4)

Let's rewind a little to get this into one of the answer choices.

(2(x+16))/(x+4) is our answer.
