3-(4-4)+4 is what ? i confused about if when u do the 4-4 that zero then what do you do next?

Explanation:

First you need to follow the PEMDAS rule.

The negative is outside the parentheses which you would distribute. The first 4 becomes negative while the second for becomes positive. The problem is then 3-0+4 which the wether you add the 4 to 0 or subtract the 3 from 0 you will still be left with 3-4. The zero is more of a distraction when simplifying.

Subtract


4-4=0

New Problem:
3-0+4

Remove 0

Before:
3-0+4

After:
3+4

Add


3+4=7

Note: You remove 0 because your just subtracting 3-0 which is still 3. Therefore you can just remove 0 and forget about it. After you remove 0 you can just add 3+4.
