Why does Mrs. Bird say she will break the new

law?

O She has no respect for Congress.

O It is a bad law.

  • Slavery is inhuman and no one must be allowed to hold hostage people and make them work for him and that's why it's a bad law and should not be existing.

O She does not approve of slavery.
