Answer: Well a normal disaster relief are started in early weeks after the disaster occurs . When a relief starts then there are camps of shelters that have lots of supplies that the victims will need. If another countries was to get involved per say then they would donate food and supplies to the country in dire need. Also the other country would give Money to the country to try to fix the repair cost just like how Pakistan had there great flood in 2010 the USA donated money $55 million to say which aided Pakistan greatly. SO this is countries would develop into being good stewards by helping the following country in dire needs.
