The interior angles of any convex quadrilateral add up to 360º in measure.

This means angle 1, whose measure is 42.5% of this total, has measure 0.425*360º = 153º.

Similarly, angle 2 has measure 0.075*360º = 27º, and angle 3 has measure 0.175*360º = 63º.

So

153º + 27º + 63º + xº = 360º ==> x = 117
