Lola signed an employment agreement in which she agreed to arbitration if a legal dispute arose between her and her employer. There is documentation (recorded conversations/video) that confirm a package delivery driver has been harassing Lola the past three weeks. Although Lola has reported a number of these instances to her supervisor, nothing has been done. Today, she was advised her company cannot do anything about the harassment because the driver is not an employee, and that she must pursue arbitration to resolve any employment related issue. B they are at risk of a lawsuit because harassment in any work place is a federal crime and Lola’s company is eligible for a lawsuit due to employee negligence
