Can someone explain this please?

The Forst thing that you must do is use the distributive property to multiply 2(3x+4)

Then you will use distributive property again this time for -3(x-2).

Finally you are going to foil (first outer inner last) your 2 solutions. (6x+8)(-3x+6)

Your final anwser will be -18x^2+12x+48
