For some people, it's a reward that motivates them to learn and want to learn more due to the fact that a reward comes along with it. Also, it can be the satisfaction or approval someone gets during or after they learn. For myself, I honestly think what motivates me to learn is my parents.This is because when I learn it causes me to do good on tests and stuff so my parents will be proud of me. So for other people, it could be just like that which would be parent/guardian satisfaction. Another thing could be that they like what they are learning about. If they are learning about something they like or are interested in that would motivate that person to learn more.
