Question

I have an iPhone 11 pro, and I blocked a user about a week ago but they are still able to call me. I double and triple checked that the number is correct (it is) and it's even listed as a locked number. Help! Any ideas as to why this this is happening?

You should call the place your phone is connected at like metro pcs,at&t,cricket,sprint and report the number

this is probably happening because even though you listed it as a locked number, it may not be fully blocked. do some research to see if there is a different way to block the number on your phone. hope this helps! >:))
