It looks like you're given a set

{(x, y) : y = 3x + 2}

i.e. the set of points (x, y) = (x, 3x + 2), and you're told that x is taken from the set {-2, -1, 0, 1, 2}.

When x = -2, the corresponding value of y is

y = 3•(-2) + 2 = -6 + 2 = -4
