Larger Circle:

Radius: 12 in.

Circumference =


2\pi \: r

= 2 x 3.14 x 12

= 75.36 in.

Smaller Circle:

Radius: (12 - 4) in. = 8 in.

Circumference = 2 x 3.14 x 8

= 50.24 in.
