Your school has been focusing more on academics which has resulted in making students overburdened and overstressed. The Principal has observed that more extra-curricular and co-curricular activities should be incorporated into your school routine. Therefore, he has asked you as a senior student to suggest ways in which more activities can be initiated to make the school life livelier.

Write your letter. You must include details of the following points.
• What the current situation is due to which students are overstressed
• What kinds of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities can be included?
• What benefits such activities will bring to the students

Cover all the points above in detail. Make sure your letter is informative and persuasive. Start your letter with “Dear Sir or Madam’ and end appropriately.

Answer: Here is the Letter

Explanation:

Hello Sir,

As students working hard for 8-9 hours a day at school, and going back home to do homework for 2-3 hours, it has become hard for us to have some fun in the week, and do something that we truly love to do, like sports, or art. We have been in stress due to the fact that we only have school to live for, and nothing else. If our school administration is able to add extra-curricular activities into the curriculum, we will not have to worry about playing sports, music, or anything else after school. To compete with other equally leveled schools, we can include various sports, like football, soccer, and basketball, and we can also include performing arts, such as band and choir. This will benefit the students and change their attitudes drastically, because we will all be able to enjoy coming to school, and we have something to look for during our day if we aren't enjoying the classes. Please have a time to consider over this issue. Thank you for your time, and I hope you have a great rest of the day.

Kind Regards,

(Student Name)
