I, ..., would like to recommend a few recommendations for the staff of your restaurant. The reason people get hurt in the kitchen is because the safety rules aren't followed accordingly. Some cases were written in the report shown to me and they are not good for the reputation of your establishment. I'll take the problems one after the other. The chef's helper that cut his/ her finger; to avoid this, firstly BE CAREFUL, make sure the lighting is perfect, cut the thing carefully.
The second case was that a worker got hurt while using an equipment for the first time. The solution to that problem is to check all equipment before and after usage to make sure they're in good condition and buy quality materials for the restaurant.
The third was about a bus boy burning himself with grease. To me , the only solution is, if course, BE CAREFUL!!!, and to always close the grease pan with a lid. It would be safer that way.
The last complaint given was that one of tour workers fell and broke her leg because of a water spill on the floor. Solutions to that are; quickly clean the spills as soon as they occur, keep a mop and bucket in an easily accessible area and so on.
