The function increases where the slope is positive.

The graph starts out by increasing: -infinity

The graph switches to decreasing at x = 0

The graph switches to increasing at x = 1

The graph increases until infinity

(-infinity, 0) U (1, infinity)

Correct Answer: Option 3

Hope this helps!

Answer:

(–∞, 0) ∪ (1, ∞)

Explanation:

From (0, 1) the graph goes down, or decreases. From (–∞, 0) ∪ (1, ∞) the graph goes up, or increases.

I hope this helps!
