Answer:

1. Red Meat – Beef, Goat, Lamb.

Poultry – Chicken and Turkey.

Pork – Pig's meat.

Seafood –Fish, Crab, Lobster.

My favorite is fish because its tasty and soft.

2. Dressed fish have had their viscera, head, tail, and fins removed. They have also been de-scaled.

Whole fish or fish “in the round” are being sold completely intact, exactly as they were caught.

I would rather buy whole fish because i like doing it on my own.

3. reduced-fat milk (2%), low-fat milk (1%), and fat-free milk.

Low-fat milk because t makes me stronger and doesnt affect my weight badly.

4 . Rinse them, Run them through cold water, cut them

Green apples because they taste good and they bring nutrition.

5. Apples are high in fiber, vitamin C, and various antioxidants. They are also very filling, considering their low calorie count.

I consume mostly greens.
