The model asserts that how biological history, features & environment work together on people. Example is : Schizophrenia - Stress' effect of cortisol production leads to magnification of already pre-existing genetic vulnerability to it. And, this would lead to more probability of the person being schizophrenic, or suffer worse symptoms of Schizophrenia
