Answer:

Make sure people are excited for the activity

Step-by-step explanation:

- use social media to promote the activity (make sure there is involvement on the posts and people are actually seeing them)

- put posters all over the school so that people see it leading to the event

- take into account what the population at the school enjoy.

- Do something to make your event unique and interesting

- Give an incentive (a prize for who brings in the most food etc)

I helped run a blood drive at my school this year, we went to classrooms and explained what was going on. We got a lot of people who came in excited and ready. Honestly I think the more people are informed and thinking about the event, the more turn out you will get. We had a lot of questions and if we had not answered them before the event i think we would have gotten a fraction of the people.

Just make sure people are informed and excited!

It depends on the kids! However, in general, involving the students in making it- like a student council or something, gets them to promote it to their friends as well. Other ways are to have them come up with and vote for themes they'd want, so that they're actually excited about them. As for food drives, there could be a small incentive tied together with donating, like a small keychain or something.

I hope this helps!
