Step-by-step explanation:

Well, there are multiple answers but the Renaissance saw an awakening in the arts, architecture, exploration, religion, and others so you can pick one of these subjects that ahve changed your life. I made mine on the arts and the best part is that you can basically copy and paste stuff from original stuff they have said in sections. This is exactly 126 words btw so it should be perfect. Anyways, I know you are probably just here for the essay so here:

Answer:

Most of the art and architecture in the Middle Ages were primarily religious. But with the Renaissance, freedom of thought affected art and architecture. Artists learned the new freedom and learned depth and perspective, which they incorporated in their pictures. Many of the great artworks can still be seen. Michelangelo's (1475-1564) murals in the Sistine Chapel in Rome are awe-inspiring since they have been cleaned. They combine realistic detail with biblical allegory. Michelangelo also sculptured David and The Pieta and designed the dome of St. Peter's Basilica. Even as art progressed towards the depiction of everyday life, it is a good reflection of the society at the time. Art, whether focused on religion or humanism, gives insight into the values of the citizens during the Renaissance.

Although this is a personal question that only you can answer, we can provide some guidance that can help you guide your work. This would be an example of a response to this prompt:

"The First Great Awakening is the Awakening that has most influenced my life. The First Great Awakening took place in Great Britain and the Thirteen Colonies between the 1730s and 1740s. This led to the rise of evangelicalism as a trans-denominational movement in Protestant churches in America. My family moved from Scotland to the colony of Maryland in the early 1700s. Therefore, they are likely to have witnessed this movement first-hand. Moreover, my family continues to live in Maryland and many family members consider themselves to be evangelical, which shows that the movement continues to have an impact on our lives to the present day."
