This is how an individual feels his/her body is working during physical activities/exercise.

The Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) is a means by which the physical activity intensity level is measured. Common experiences that makes us perceive our body is working include faster and deeper breathing, sweating during the exercise, muscles beginning to tire etc.
