There is a apostrophe in CONTENTS. There is not supposed to be one there.

OR when you are saying "he is" you would probably say He's" (Sorry I forgot what that word is /:)

Answer:

"Contents" shouldn't be a contraction because when it is it creates an incoherent sentence For example, with the contraction removed, this says "Content is are flammable." Sounds like a toddler said that, right? "Content" should change to it's plural form for this sentence to make sense again.
