Answer:

10,100

Explanation:

Attendance on Friday night =12,600

Attendance on Saturday night =10,300

Let the attendance on Sunday night =x

In order to have an average of at most 11,000 for the three days, we have the following inequality.

Average, (12600+10300+x)/(3)\leq 11000\\Cross \: Multiply\\12600+10300+x\leq 11000 X 3\\22900+x\leq 33000\\x\leq 33000-22900\\x\leq 10100

Therefore, at most, the attendance on Sunday must be 10,100 o have a three day average of 11,000.
