Answer:

There are 48 peaches, 144 pears, 96 plums and 72 apples.

Explanation:

Since there's a total of 360 pieces of fruits and there are pears, apples, plums and peaches. We have:

pears + apples + plums + peaches = 360 (1)

Since there's twice as many pears as apples:

pears = 2*apples (2)

Since there's twice as many plums as peaches:

plums = 2*peaches (3)

Since theres 50% more apples than peaches:

apples = 1.5*peaches (4)

If we use the equation (4) in the equation (2) we have:

pears = 2*(1.5*peaches) = 3*peaches (5)

If we use the equations (3),(4) and (5) on the equation (1), we have:

(3*peaches) + 1.5*peaches + 2*peaches + peaches = 360

7.5*peaches = 360

peaches = 360/7.5 = 48

From equation (5):

pears = 3*48 = 144

From equation (3):

plums = 2*48 = 96

From equation (4):

apples = 1.5*48 = 72
